Frequently Asked Questions
Straight answers on files, quotes, and how we handle prototyping through production.
What if I don't have the original CAD files for a broken part?
No problem. That's where our 3D scanning comes in. We can scan your broken or worn-out part and reverse-engineer a perfect digital model to manufacture a replacement.
How can I contact you?
You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly — usually within one business day.
How do I get a quote?
The fastest way is to contact us with a description of your needs. For industrial repairs, texting a photo of the part to 219-209-2857 is the quickest way to get an initial assessment.
What file formats do you accept for quoting and production?
For the fastest turnaround and most accurate quoting, we recommend submitting .STEP or .STL files. We can also work with .OBJ and most native CAD formats. If you only have 2D engineering drawings or a physical part, our design team can provide the necessary CAD modeling and reverse engineering to get your project ready for production.
Can you handle both the prototyping and the final production runs?
Absolutely. We are equipped to manage the entire physical product lifecycle. Our team will help you rapidly iterate through multiple prototype phases to perfect the design, and then seamlessly transition into low-to-mid volume production runs leveraging our high-capacity additive manufacturing.
