As Head of Engineering, Chad leads the technical strategy and additive manufacturing workflows at NEXA Manufacturing Co. Leveraging his background in systems development and operational analytics, he oversees our advanced prototyping pipelines, technical data compliance, and hardware optimizations to ensure every industrial production run meets strict precision tolerances.
