03Intellectual Property & Secure File Handling

We understand that your design files are your most valuable assets.

NDA Compliance: All submitted CAD files and technical drawings are treated as strictly confidential and are automatically protected under our standard Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) protocols.

Secure Digital Thread: Your files are stored securely and are only accessible by our internal engineering and production teams for the sole purpose of quoting, reverse engineering, and manufacturing your parts.

06Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your contact and transaction data for internal record-keeping and quality assurance. Upon request, we will permanently delete your proprietary 3D models and CAD files from our servers and manufacturing hardware once a project is complete.
